It’s Boxy, but not a bad shape for racing

February has ended, but not for FebRovery. Recently I add a photo of this creation below in FebRovery group and still can be accepted. Main idea of this model is to use a car mudguard (Design ID 98282) at that placement below. You may think of a minifig Crutch (Design ID 24077) but not that part. And to add more model for FebRovery (DUH).

Small doesn’t mean it can’t explore the Huge Space

I don’t know why, but now I just really like to create a Space themed thing. There’s also a WIP space vehicle I am going right now, I will probably post here. But for now it’s just a micro spaceship and my it’s own design, not inspired by a movie (like my NEO Fighter).

About the Render:
This model is rendered using Blender via Mecabricks and LDraw. I usually just use Mecabricks, but this Creation (MOC) used a LEGO “Back to the Future” Hoverboard (Design ID 21271) that not has been added yet in the MB database, I have requested for this but hasn’t been responded/added. As I don’t want to take a long time, all the parts except the missing one are using Mecabricks and the missing one using LDraw, imported using LDR Importer. And to match the color I still use the Mecabricks material for the LDraw parts. The LDraw part doesn’t have any LEGO logo on the studs…

Beautifully abandoned FIAT 500

No one like rusted out car, even the rust itself. But this rusted out FIAT 500 F model and render by Gabriele Zannotti may already change your mind about rust in LEGO. I wonder how did he make that? Because there’s so many details in it, from the scene, the color combination of the model, the atmosphere, and many more…

You can see the clean and shiny new FIAT 500 F in this other render and to see more render and version in his Flickr album.

This model is created by a collaboration of two builder, Gabriele Zannotti himself and saabfan. What make this so highly detailed is because they’re using real car and scaled it down in LEGO. Rendered using Blender via Mecabricks.

TIE Fighter for NEXO (Space) Knights!

Pew-Pew, I have built a TIE Fighter Inspired spaceship but it’s not for Dark Side, it’s for NEXO (Space) Knights! This Fighter is created as an attempt to use LEGO NEXO Knights’ NEXOgon for a unique creation.

LEGO NEO Fighter by Kamal Muftie Yafi (KamalMYafi/Kamteey)

The name, NEO Fighter is because it’s inspired by TIE Fighter from Star Wars movie. Called NEO because this model using NEXO Knights parts, and I cut the NEXO to NEO. Probably not so weird name..

This model is rendered using Blender and in this render, I use Filmic Blender for Photorealistic image. Probably the render of the model not blend/mix with the scene. But anyway, hope you like it!

What could I have broken this brick?

Someone call an Ambulance, there’s a broken brick! Steven Reid has made a Crime Scene using Big Bricks and the scene is little disturbing, why the yellow bricks aren’t helping?! They’re just watching and leave it there bleed out!..

Back then on Mecabricks, I asked him for add faces to the bricks, so he add a faces using round flat tiles for eyes and an eyebrow to the bricks, but the faces make the scene very creepy.

About the render, this model was rendered using Blender via Mecabricks. It looks like he doesn’t make a huge improvement to the ‘Template’, just add an HDRi image and setup the model scene.

High Tech, Low Life..

The future is now, and there’s still a low life.. Sunder_59 is a great digital/virtual builder and now he have built an amazing futuristic scene, entitled “High Tech/Low Life”. The scene contains Buildings, many futuristic Vehicle, robots, there’s also a ‘Black Market’ on middle of the buildings, and many more…

See more of this crazy futuristic scene!..

LEGO Spaceman made out of a Spacemen Minifigs

aido k has made an amazing arrangement and illusion of a bunch of Classic Spaceman minifigs to create a giant blue spaceman figure! This perspective or placement technique is just

As a Digital/Virtual LEGO Blog, I should probably mention what software did it use, this stunning creation is rendered using Blender..

There is even some small classic space sets, also Benny minifig from “The LEGO Movie” hidden there. In the picture above, you can’t see them, but in this side view and video, you can get better angle of everything..

TRON Inspired Rover?!

This rover may look simple but it can Explore a Space Planet faster – as a Light Cycle in the TRON movie so I call this T-Rover. I change the color to fit the Classic-Space color scheme – in here, I mainly used Blacktron color scheme..

LEGO Tron Rover (T-Rover) by Kamal Muftie Yafi (KamalMYafi/Kamteey)

It use a Big Windscreen to look freely and use a Big tires as Space terrain is hard..

This model is Modeled and ‘Rendered with┬áBlender’ at the same night.. So, not a great render (for me..)

Again, this model is Created for FebRovery.. Check out my other FebRovery model, here! čśë
